Services for trades, local services and B2B
Six capabilities.One working system.
Website, marketing, CRM, sales process, company development and applied AI. Fix the one thing that is costing you jobs right now, or connect the whole path from first enquiry to the number you manage the business by.
Built for businesses that run on jobs and enquiries
Fix the system,
not just the surface.
A plumber losing quotes in a text thread and a manufacturer losing quotes in a shared inbox have the same problem in different clothes. The enquiry arrives, nobody owns it, nothing follows it up, and no one can say afterwards what happened. We work on that path: how the offer is explained, how the right people find it, how enquiries keep their context, and how the business sees what actually happened.

Process before tools
The software follows how the work actually runs, not the other way around.
Evidence before expansion
Scope grows only when the next connection has a clear reason to exist.
The six services
Start where the
friction is highest.
Each service stands on its own. The bigger gain shows up when the hand-offs between them stop dropping things.

Website design
A fast site that explains the offer in plain language and sends every enquiry somewhere with an owner.

Digital marketing
Local search, content and campaigns aimed at the jobs you actually want, with measurement that ties spend back to real work won.

CRM management & implementation
From a first CRM to one nobody trusts: dependable records, clear ownership, automation for the busywork, reporting that matches reality.

Sales process & analytics
Stages that mean something, quotes that get chased, and one view that shows what is moving, what is ageing and what is at risk.

Company development
Sharpen the offer, pick the markets worth chasing, structure partnerships, and build a team that can run a job without the owner in it.

Applied AI services
AI pointed at defined jobs, with clear permissions, a human reviewing the output and visible ownership of what it touched.
See it working / scroll
The view most businesses do not have.
Not a monthly spreadsheet rebuilt by hand. One live view where the owner can see what came in, what is moving, what is going stale and what is about to be lost. Below is the shape of the reporting we build.
Stage movement
- !11 quotes past 14 days with no contact recorded.
- !3 enquiries from paid search never assigned an owner.
- !Two-thirds of lost jobs have no reason recorded.
Enquiries by week
Representative method — illustrative figures, not a client system or a performance claim.
Work out your own number
What is the manual version costing you?
Move the sliders to match your business. This is plain arithmetic on the numbers you enter — nothing is sent anywhere, and it is not a promise of results. It is here so you can see whether the problem is big enough to be worth a conversation.
Wage plus on-costs, not the charge-out rate.
Be honest. Most owners guess low the first time.
Labour cost of the manual work, per year
$60,720
Based on 46 working weeks after leave and public holidays.
- Hours spent on manual work per year1,104 hrs
- Cost of those hours$60,720
- Enquiries never properly followed up, per year144
- Value sitting in those un-chased enquiries$360,000
The last two lines are the value at stake, not money we claim to recover. No system recovers all of it. The point is to see the size of the gap before deciding what to fix first.
The value is in the hand-offs
One thread. No lost context.
A system that works carries the customer’s problem, where they came from, what was said and what happens next — without anyone having to reconstruct the story from memory.
Representative system model — the actual scope follows your operation.
Who we work with
Different trades. The same broken path.
The tools change. The failure does not: an enquiry arrives, nobody owns it, and nobody can say what happened to it.
Ways to work together
Use the level of support
the problem requires.
No forced retainer for a defined project. No fragile handover where ongoing ownership is genuinely needed.
Commercial systems review
Map how work comes in and moves through today, find where it drops, and get a prioritised list of what to fix in what order.
Focused implementation
Design and build one clearly defined thing: the site, the CRM, the reporting, or an AI-assisted step.
Managed improvement
Keep it maintained, keep the reporting honest, and keep improving it where it matters.
Before you get in touch
A few straight
answers.
Do we have to take all six services?
No. Most work starts with one. We map the dependencies first so a focused fix does not quietly create another disconnected system later.
Are you only for manufacturers and B2B companies?
No. We work with trades, local service businesses, clinics and professional services as well. The common thread is a business that runs on enquiries and jobs, not the industry it sits in.
Will we have to replace our current website or CRM?
Not necessarily. What you already have gets reviewed first to work out what can be kept, improved or connected. Replacing something is a recommendation of last resort, not a default.
Do you take over our sales?
No. We build and improve the systems and process. We do not do outsourced selling and we do not run your sales team.
How do we start, and does it cost anything to ask?
Send a message through the contact form describing what is going wrong. You get a written read on what we would fix first and in what order, at no cost. If the honest answer is that you can do it yourself, we will say that.
The next useful step
Where is the work
falling through?
Describe what feels slow, manual or impossible to trust. We will tell you the smallest useful place to start — in writing, before anyone talks about money.
