How we work
Small, defined pieces. Nothing you can’t own afterwards.
We are not an agency that arrives with a twelve-month transformation programme. We find the one part of your commercial system that is costing the most, fix that properly, and stop — unless there is a clear reason to do the next thing.
The sequence
Four phases, and you can stop after any of them.
Every phase ends with something you can use, whether or not you continue to the next one.
You tell us what is going wrong
A message through the contact form. Your setup, roughly how many people, what tools you use and what is actually breaking. The more specific, the more specific the answer.
- No call required to get started
- No forms designed to qualify you out
- Free, and it stays free if the answer is that you do not need us
We come back in writing
Someone reads it properly and works out where the system is leaking, which problem is worth solving first, and what fixing it would realistically involve. You get that as a written recommendation, not a slide deck.
- What we would fix first, and why that one
- What we would deliberately leave alone for now
- An honest read if the fix is smaller than you think
A fixed piece of work, agreed before it starts
If it makes sense to work together, we agree exactly what gets built, what it costs and how long it takes. A call happens here if it is genuinely useful — scheduled, not sprung on you.
- Defined deliverables, defined price
- What we need from you, and when
- What “done” looks like, written down
Built, documented, and yours
The work gets built in your accounts, on your tools, with your data. When it is finished you own all of it, and you have documentation good enough that someone else could pick it up.
- Your logins, your subscriptions, your data
- Written documentation and a walkthrough
- Ongoing support only where you actually want it
Being straight about it
What we do and what we don’t.
What we do
- Build websites that capture work instead of just existing
- Set up or repair a CRM so the records can be trusted
- Automate the re-typing, the chasing and the reporting
- Build reporting that shows what is moving, ageing and at risk
- Apply AI to defined jobs, with permissions and a human reviewing the output
- Work with trades, local services, professional services and B2B alike
What we don’t
- Outsourced selling — we build the system, your people sell
- Sales coaching or motivational training
- Cold-calling you, or putting you on a phone list
- Lock-in retainers for work that should be a one-off project
- Holding your accounts, domains or data hostage
- Recommending a rebuild when what you have can be repaired
Common questions
Straight
answers.
How much does it cost?
It depends entirely on what is broken, so any number quoted before we understand your setup would be made up. What is fixed is the sequence: you describe the problem, you get a written recommendation for free, and you see a fixed scope and price before you commit to anything.
How long does the first response take?
Usually one to two business days. It is a written response from a person who has read your message, not an automated one.
Do we have to get on a call?
Not to start. The first pass is done in writing, which means you get a considered answer rather than a sales conversation. If a call is genuinely useful when scoping the work, we schedule one at a time that suits you.
Are we too small for this?
Probably not. A two-van trade business losing quotes has the same structural problem as a fifty-person company losing quotes. If the work really is too small to be worth paying for, we will tell you what to do yourself.
What if we already have a website, or a CRM we pay for?
Good. What you have gets reviewed before anything is replaced. Most of the time the tool is fine and the problem is how it has been set up and who owns what inside it.
Who actually does the work?
The person who scopes it is the person who builds it. There is no account manager relaying instructions to a delivery team you never meet.
Start with the written answer.
Describe what is going wrong. You will get a straight read on what to fix first, and what to leave alone, before anyone talks about money.
