I started LeanB2BTools after years of working inside B2B businesses and watching the same problems repeat themselves — CRM systems nobody used, automation that broke constantly, and sales teams drowning in manual work.

I built this site to share what I have learned and to offer practical, hands-on implementation for businesses that want clean systems without the overhead of a big agency. Everything I recommend is something I have actually used.
